Farm Beginnings is featured in several releases of Ear
to the Ground, the Land Stewardship Project’s podcast. A podcast
is an audio magazine you can download and listen to on your computer or
portable music player. Using free software, you can automatically download
audio files and import them into many audio players, including iTunes
and Windows Media Player. You can even use programs like iTunes to record
Ear to the Ground to a CD.

Farm Beginnings is regularly featured in the
news. Here are links to some recent news stories.
- "Mentoring
requires patience and a collaborative approach" is
an article written by Successful Farming Business Editor Dan Looker
about Eric and Lisa Klein, who raise livestock in southeast Minnesota.
The Kleins are Farm Beginnings graduates and are now serving as mentors
to other beginning farmers.
- "Helping
Hands" is an article that appeared
in the March 2003 issue of Independent Banker magazine.
- "Making
her dream come true" is an article
that ran in the April 24, 2003 edition of Agri News. It features
Aimee Finley, a Farm Beginnings participant from southeast Minnesota.
